Individual Coaching

We offer an authentic, supportive and empowering coaching relationship with our clients. Our strengths lie in listening deeply, distilling and synthesizing what you are sharing, and partnering with you to consider new approaches and ideas to move forward.

Sliding scale $125 – $175 per hour. Due to the economic impact of COVID-19 for many individuals, families, and businesses, reduced rates are available upon request.

Small Group Coaching

Offered for small groups (typically, up to 8 participants).  Small group themes may include:

Holistic Leadership: Explore aspects of holistic wellbeing, Emotional Intelligence, and leadership development in a small and supportive community.

Life Design: Explore personal and professional growth through the lens of Life Design©. Delve into and apply the Designing Your Life framework, exercises and assessments, customized for you and your goals.

Group coaching offerings available upon request for organizations, companies, within higher education, and non-profit organizations.
